Shipping policy

1. Free insured and secured shipping, pan India
Every order ships free of charge anywhere in India. Each parcel is fully insured for its invoice value until it is in your hands, sealed in tamper-evident packaging, and handed over only against the recipient's signature and OTP where the courier supports it.

2. Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
For cash-on-delivery orders we may call or WhatsApp you to confirm the order before dispatch.

3. Delivery time
Delhi NCR: 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.
Other metro cities: 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
Rest of India, including Sikkim and the North-East: 4 to 7 working days after dispatch.
These are typical times, not guarantees; weather, festivals and courier delays can add a day or two.

4. Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched you receive the courier name and tracking number by email, and on WhatsApp if you have shared your number. You can also see the status under your order on our website.

5. Delivery address
Please give a complete address with pincode and a phone number that is reachable during the day. The courier makes up to three delivery attempts. If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we contact you to reship it.
We cannot change the delivery address once a parcel has been dispatched.

6. Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available across India. Please keep the exact amount ready; couriers do not carry change. Some remote pincodes may not support cash on delivery; in that case we will tell you before dispatch.

7. On arrival
Please check that the outer packaging is sealed and undamaged before you accept the parcel. If the seal is broken, refuse the delivery and tell us immediately. If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, inform us within 48 hours with photos; we replace it or refund you in full, including pickup.

8. Store pickup
You may collect your order from our Delhi or Gangtok store at no charge. Choose this at checkout or tell us on WhatsApp, and we will message you when it is ready.

9. International shipping
We ship within India only at present. For orders from outside India, message us on WhatsApp and we will let you know what is possible.
